How do I know your products are authentic?

All of our products are lab tested by JanoShik. If you'd like to view a report, feel free to contact us in regards to the lab results for the peptide you wish to inquire, and we'll send you a copy.
What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept E-Transfer and Cryptocurrency.
When will I get my order?

We guarantee to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, and tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Is this site active and reliable?

Yes, we are fully active and committed to being a reliable source. Our top priority is customer satisfaction — we work hard to provide quality products, responsive support, and a smooth ordering experience every time.
Will you ship outside of Canada?

Absolutely not, we only ship peptides within Canada to a verified shipping address. If you place an order with an address outside of Canada the order will be cancelled.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?

All our peptides arrive as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. To reconstitute, draw your desired amount of bacteriostatic water into an insulin syringe and inject it slowly down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder. Gently swirl (never shake) until fully dissolved. Store the reconstituted peptide in the fridge at 2–8°C and use within 28–30 days.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and how do I get one?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a third-party lab report confirming a product's identity and purity. Every batch we sell is tested by JanoShik, one of the most respected independent labs in the peptide space. To request a COA for your order, email us at helixcorelab@gmail.com with your order number and the peptide name — we'll send it right over.
How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides should be kept in the freezer at -20°C for long-term storage, or in the fridge at 2–8°C if you plan to use them within a few weeks. Keep them away from direct light and moisture. Once reconstituted, always refrigerate and use within 28–30 days. Never freeze a reconstituted peptide — ice crystals can damage the peptide bonds.
Do I need bacteriostatic water and do you sell it?

Yes — bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is required to reconstitute lyophilized peptides. Unlike plain sterile water, BAC water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial contamination in multi-dose vials. We sell 10ml vials of bacteriostatic water in our catalog so you can order everything you need in one place.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been packed and dropped off, we will email you a tracking number. All orders are shipped with a tracked service so you can follow your package from our door to yours. If you haven't received a tracking number within 24 hours of payment confirmation, email us at helixcorelab@gmail.com.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at helixcorelab@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We take quality control seriously and will work quickly to make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution that works for you.
Do you offer discounts or a loyalty program?

Yes. We run periodic promotions announced in our Telegram community and via our email list — joining both is the best way to catch deals before they expire. What is the difference between BPC-157 and TB-500?

Both are research peptides studied for tissue repair, but they work differently. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) tends to work locally at the site of injury — it's been studied for tendons, ligaments, gut lining, and nerve tissue. TB-500 (a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4) acts more systemically, circulating throughout the body to promote healing everywhere. Many researchers use both together for a complementary recovery protocol.
How do I place an order and complete payment?

Add your items to cart and proceed through checkout as normal. At the payment step you'll see instructions for completing your order via Interac e-Transfer or Cryptocurrency. Once you click Complete Order, we'll send a confirmation email with full payment details within 1 hour. Your order ships within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Are your products tested for purity and what levels do you guarantee?

Every product we sell is independently tested by JanoShik using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for identity and purity verification. We guarantee a minimum purity of 98% on all peptides — most batches test at 99%+. We are one of the only Canadian suppliers that double-tests: once at the source and once upon receipt. You can request the COA for any product at any time.
